Order Cancellation

•You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched.
•After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds

•If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of cancellation or return receipt.
•Refunds will be made via original payment method.

Returns / Exchanges

•If the product is defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days for return or exchange.
•Products must be unused, with original packaging & tags.

Non-refundable / Ineligible Items

•Customized products, digital goods, or items marked "non-returnable" cannot be returned unless defective.

Shipping & Return Costs

•Return shipping may be borne by you, unless the return is due to our fault (defect, wrong item).
